Our Airbnb in Dunfermline was right next to an old Abbey and Palace. It is famous as the burial place of the Scottish leader Robert the Bruce, and also where numerous Scottish Kings were born and buried. It is extravagantly lit at night, allowing for spooky walks in the dark.
